Refund policy

Custom and Personalized Items — Final Sale
All custom and personalized items are made to order specifically
for you and cannot be resold. These are final sale and are not
eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once
production has begun.

This includes any item personalized with a name, date, photo,
colour selection, or custom design — tumblers, mugs, apparel,
decals, stickers, and greeting cards.

Please review all spelling, dates, colour choices, sizing, and
uploaded images carefully before completing checkout. We produce
orders exactly as submitted. Errors in customer-supplied
information are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are only possible before an order
enters production. Email us immediately at
simpleecraftncreations@gmail.com with your order number. Once
production has started, no changes can be made.

Digital Downloads — Final Sale
Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable
under all circumstances. If a file will not download or open,
contact us within 7 days and we will resend it or supply an
alternate format.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what
you ordered due to our error, contact us within 7 days of
delivery at simpleecraftncreations@gmail.com.

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item showing the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be processed.

Items damaged through normal wear, improper care, dishwasher use
where hand-washing is recommended, or accidental damage after
delivery are not covered.

Non-Customized Items
Ready-made items with no personalization may be returned within
14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in
original condition with any tags or packaging intact.

- Email us for return authorization before shipping anything back
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is
  non-refundable
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and
  inspecting the return
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted
- Exchanges are not offered — return the item and place a new
  order

Sizing
Apparel sizing charts are provided on each product page. Because
apparel is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for
incorrect size selection on customized items. Check measurements
before ordering.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear,
depending on your bank or card issuer.
