Corporate Artwork Submission Checklist
To make sure your custom corporate drinkware is printed with the best possible quality, please review these requirements before uploading your company logo or artwork.
Before You Upload
☐ High-Resolution Artwork
Submit clear, high-quality artwork at 300 DPI whenever possible.
☐ Accepted File Formats
PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG. High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds are preferred.
☐ Logo & Text Accuracy
Confirm that all company names, slogans, employee names, and spelling are correct.
☐ Artwork Sizing
Make sure your design is properly sized for your selected product (11oz or 15oz mug, 20oz or 30oz tumbler, or 12oz wine tumbler).
☐ Background Transparency
Remove unwanted backgrounds before uploading your design.
☐ Colour Verification
Review your company's branding colours. Slight variations may occur during printing.
☐ Design Placement
Make sure important logos, text, and design elements are clearly positioned and not too close to the edges of the artwork.
☐ Copyright Authorization
Confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce all submitted logos, trademarks, and artwork.
☐ Bulk Order Personalization
If you're ordering items with individual employee names, provide an accurate list with the correct spelling for each one.
☐ Final Artwork Approval
Carefully review all uploaded files before completing your purchase.
Important: All artwork is printed as submitted. Simplee Craft'n Creations does not automatically edit, resize, enhance, or correct customer designs. Additional design help may be available for a separate fee.
Bulk corporate orders: Please contact us before ordering if you need help with multiple logos, individual employee names, or special branding requirements.
By submitting your artwork and placing an order, you confirm that your design has been reviewed and approved for production.
